Josh is one of our Service Engineers. To all intents and purposes he’s right at the coal face, helping customers by installing and servicing of their Sharp MFPs
Josh puts huge effort into everything he does, whether it’s for the office here at Clarity Glamorgan HQ, or out on-site for our customers.He has received lots of positive feedback stating that he’s a patient teacher who is always very willing to help them and that they’ve learnt a great deal from him.This is great news! Without team members like Josh, our client retention rate of over 80% simply would not be possible.
