We use the latest communications technology within the Sharp machines to remotely connect and alert our team of a problem before it disrupts a customer’s workflows. Using vehicle tracking systems, we can then deploy an engineer to a customer typically within 3 hours. Because we only supply Sharp machines – we are able to ensure we always carry parts for every scenario on our engineers’ vehicles.
